Ladybugs, Ladybugs, Ladybugs

In January (2018), the Ladybugs were swarming in the hills above Oakland, California. We got there early in the day and they were still lethargic from the cool overnight temperatures. I've never seen so many Ladybugs in one place at one time.

Some of my favorites are of the Ladybugs clinging to the thistles.
